Marissa Lapid, the wife of Lito Lapid, is wearing an ankle monitor after allegedly smuggling $50,000 in cash last November 27,2012.

She was arrested at the Las Vegas International Airport Last January 15 of the same year. The warrant of arrest was based for allegedly smuggling last November 27.

According to a report, Marissa said that she only had $10,000 and another P10,000. However, two socks containing $10,000 each and other bag with $20,000 were found on her luggage.
