Malaysian Mother Beats 8-Month Old Baby (Viral Video)

Thousands of netizens have showed negative reactions over the viral video that shows a Malaysian mother who abuses her baby physically. The 4-minute video shows a woman that violently hits her baby with a pillow, pinches her arms and feet, throws her mobile phone and kicks the crying baby.

The incident happened on May 29, 2011 (last year) in Petaling Jaya.

What happened to the mother?

The mother has been arrested on the same day (May 29,2011). She was guilty under the Child Act 2001 and is now serving an 18-month sentence inside the jail.

The police did not mention why and how the video was released in the web.

What happened to the baby?

The baby is now in the custody of the Social Welfare Department.

She needs to be hung on a tree with a rope and the kicked and ran over with a super monster truck and on the truck the wheels have 18ft long spikes

Found this video on my feed on Facebook. Trying to post the whole article. Mother was arrested and baby in custody.

The baby was placed a nice home and doing well, because of this viedo . It made me wonder if this was how the other children in the viedo were treated. If the mother was raised this way. Why would they consider giving her back the child? For whatever reason, she does not have the natural instinct to hold and comfort a crying baby.
